Convenient location, helpful staff, clean and spacious room, good breakfast on rooftop terrace, free pool access at neighboring hotel. Fast wifi, mini bar, and reception assistance for excursions and taxis. Great for families with apartment-style rooms. Strong wifi even at nearby restaurant.

Room Goodness and Location
Stayed at this hotel for a romantic escape. The room was nice and tidy. The bathroom was clean too, and the towels were fluffy. The room had a great view and the location is central. Also, we loved the complementary breakfast and the free Wi-Fi.
The staff was not friendly at all, and they didn't make us feel welcome. The price we paid for the hotel was too high, especially considering the poor service we received.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Negombo. Firstly, the value for money was outstanding. Compared to other hotels in Sri Lanka, the prices were quite reasonable. Secondly, the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate any requests I had, whether it was providing a power adapter or arranging a trip for me. Additionally, I loved the location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near the center of Negombo along the beach road. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had amazing views. The beds were cozy, the bathrooms were nice, and some even had their own gardens where we could relax. Oh, and breakfast was included! I had a great experience at this hotel.
There's just one small thing that could be improved at this hotel, but it wasn't a big deal. Everything else was fantastic.
